The Cabinet:
- After reviewing the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 27 of 2021 On the Establishment and Organisation of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council;
- Cabinet Decision No. 21 of 2020 On Service Fees and Administrative Fines at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 58 of 2022 On the Establishment of the Nafis Fund;
- Cabinet Decision No. 95 of 2022 On Administrative Violations and Penalties Associated with the Initiatives and Programmes of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, and its amendment;
- Based on the presentation of H.E. the Chairman of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council and the approval of the Cabinet.
