The Cabinet,
- Having reviewed:
- The Constitution; and
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972, on the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended; and
- Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022, on Human Resources of the Federal Government; and
- Cabinet Decision No. 48 of 2023, on the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree- Law No. 49 of 2022, on Human Resources of the Federal Government; and
- Based on the Proposal submitted by the Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, and the Cabinet approval thereof,
Hereby resolves as follows:
The same definitions set forth in Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022, on Human Resources of the Federal Government, shall apply to the present Decision; otherwise, the following words and expressions shall bear the meanings assigned thereto respectively, unless the context requires otherwise:
