- Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 On Media Regulation;
- Cabinet Decision No. 39 of 2016 On Fees for Media Services in Free Zones;
- Cabinet Decision No. 86 of 2020 On Fees for Services Provided by the Ministry of Culture and Youth;
- Cabinet Decision No. 62 of 2023 On Fees for Certain Media Services;
- Cabinet Decision No. 68 of 2024 Regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 On Media Regulation;
- As presented by the Minister of Finance and approved by the Cabinet;
has decided:
The definitions provided in Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 On Media Regulation shall apply to this Decision, and otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Council: UAE Media Council.
Chairman: Chairman of the Board of Directors.
