The Cabinet:
- Having perused the Constitution,
- The Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the scope of competencies of the ministries and the powers of the ministers as amended,
- The Federal Law No. 14 of 2014 on combating communicable diseases,
- The Federal Law No. 4 of 2015 on private medical facilities,
- The Cabinet Decision No. 7 of 2008 on the medical examination system for arrivals to the UAE for work or residence as amended,
- The Cabinet Decision No. 28 of 2008 on blood transfusion regulation,
- The Cabinet Decision No. 29 of 2010 on the HIV prevention system for society and protecting the rights of those living therewith, and
- On the basis of what has been demonstrated by the Minister of Health and Prevention and following the approval of the Cabinet,
