Cabinet Decision No. 32 of 2020 Concerning the Executive Regulation of the Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 Concerning the Use of the Information and Communication Technology in the Areas of Health

The Cabinet: 

- Upon review of the Constitution; 

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972, concerning the Competences of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and any amendments thereof; 

- Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 on Medical Liability; 

- Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 with respect to the Use of the Information and Communication Technology in the Areas of Health; 

- Federal Law No. 5 of 2019 on Organising the Practice of Medicine; 

- Cabinet Decision No. 40 of 2019 regarding the executive regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 on Medical Liability; and 

- Based on the proposal submitted by the Minister of Health and Prevention, and the approval of the Cabinet,

Has resolved:

Article 1 – Definitions 

The definitions mentioned in Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 referred to shall apply to this Decision. Other than that, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed thereto unless the context requires otherwise:
