The Cabinet,

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the Competences of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, as amended; and

- Federal Law No. 12 of 1976 on the Police Force and Security, as amended; and

- Federal Law No. 3 of 1987 promulgating the Penal Code, as amended; and

- Federal Law No. 35 of 1992 promulgating the Criminal Procedure Law, as amended; and

- Federal Law No. 37 of 2006 on Private Security Companies; and

- Federal Law No. 2 of 2008 on Non-governmental Societies and Associations of Public Utility; and

- Federal Decree Law No. 7 of 2008 on the General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare; and

- Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2013 on Weapons, Munitions, Explosives and Military Equipment; and

- Federal Law No. 8 of 2014 on the Security of Sports Facilities and Events; and

- Cabinet Decision No. 37 of 2008 on the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Interior,
