The Cabinet, having reviewed:
− The Constitution;
− Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competences of the Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
− Federal Traffic Law No. 21 of 1995, as amended;
− Federal Law No. 1 of 2011 on the States Public Revenues;
− Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2011 on the General Budget and Final Account Preparation Rules;
− Federal Law No. 9 of 2011 Concerning Land Transport;
− Cabinet Decision No. 6 of 1994 Amending and Introducing Some Fees for the Transactions of the Naturalization, Immigration, Traffic and Weapons Licensing Department, as amended; and
− Based on the Proposal of the Minister of Finance as approved by the Cabinet; Hereby resolves as follows:
For applying the provisions hereof, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning assigned thereto respectively, unless the context indicates otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates
Emirate: Any Emirate of the State
Ministry: Ministry of the Interior
Minister: Minister of Interior
