The Cabinet:
- Having perused the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the scope of competencies of the ministries and the powers of the ministers as amended,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2016 on regulation of human organs and tissue transplantation, and
- On the basis of what has been demonstrated by the Minister of Health and Prevention and following the approval of the Cabinet,
Has decided:
The definitions mentioned in the said Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2016 shall be applied. Otherwise, the following terms and sentences shall have the meanings corresponding thereto; unless the context otherwise implies:
The Ministry: The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MОНАР).
