Cabinet Decision No. 25 of 2014 Concerning the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 8 of 2013 on the Prevention and Control of Communicable and Epidemic Animal Diseases

The Cabinet,

- Having reviewed:

- The Constitution; and

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 Concerning the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Minister as amended; and

- Federal Law No. 7 of 1975 Concerning the Practice of Human Medicine Profession as amended; and

- Federal Law No. 10 of 2002 Concerning the Practice of Veterinary Medicine Profession; and

- Federal Law No. 8 of 2013 On the Prevention and Control of Communicable and Epidemic Animal Diseases; and

- Based on the Minister of Environment and Water’s Proposal and the Cabinet’s approval thereof;

Hereby resolves as follows:

Article 1 - Definitions

For the purpose of applying the provisions of this Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed thereto respectively, unless otherwise required by the context:

State: United Arab Emirates.

Law: Federal Law No. 8 of 2013 On the Prevention and Control of Communicable and Epidemic Animal Diseases.

Ministry: The Ministry of Environment and Water.

Minister: The Minister of En...
