Cabinet Decision No. 24 of 2022 Amending some provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019 On the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and Illegal Organizations

This Law amended Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019.

The Cabinet:

- Having perused the Constitution,

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments,

- Federal Decree-law No. 20 of 2018, on Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and Illegal Organizations,

- Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and Illegal Organizations,

- And based on the proposal made by the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,

Has promulgated the following Decision:
