The Cabinet,
- Having reviewed the Constitution; and
- Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2022 Regulating the Notary Profession; and
- Cabinet Decision No. 61 of 2017 Concerning the Fees for Transactions conducted by the Notary Public and Fees for Services provided to the Private Notary; and
- Based on the Proposal submitted by the Minister of Finance and the Cabinet’s Approval,
Resolves as follows:
For the purpose of applying the provisions of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall bear the meaning indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Ministry: Ministry of Justice.
Profession: The Notary Profession.
Office: The office licensed by the Ministry for the private notary to practice the profession through it.
