The Cabinet
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 24 of 2023 On Combating Human Trafficking;
- Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2022 On the National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Justice, and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
In applying the provisions of this Decision, the following words shall have the meanings indicated in conjunction with each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Committee: National Committee to combat human trafficking.
The National Committee for combating human trafficking shall be formed, headed by the Minister of Justice and one or more representatives of the following Bodies shall be members:
1. Ministry of the Interior
2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs
3. Ministry of Health and revention
4. Ministry of Community Empowerment
