- Having reviewed the Constitution; and
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 Concerning the Competences of Ministries and Capacities of Ministers, and its amendments thereof; and
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 Concerning Public Finance, and its amendments thereof; and
- Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2021 Concerning the Commercial Register; and
- Cabinet Decision No. 107 of 2022 Issuing the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2021 Concerning the Commercial Register; and
- Cabinet Decision No. 14 of 2004 Concerning the Establishment of a Unified Commercial Register and Imposing the Fees for Registering, Renewing, and Marking within the Unified Commercial Register; and
- Based upon the proposal submitted by the Minister of Finance and the Cabinet’s approval,

In implementing the provisions of this Decision, the following terms and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to each, unless the context otherwise requires:
