The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 On Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Proliferation Financing;
- Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019 On the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 On Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and the Financing of Illegal Organisations, and its amendments;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,

The definitions contained in Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 referred to above shall apply to this Decision, and otherwise the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
