The Cabinet,
- Having considered the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the Competences of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers, and the laws in amendment thereof,
- Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 concerning the Emirates Securities & Commodities Authority and Market,
- Cabinet Decision No. 193/18 of 2000 of 13/3/2000 concerning the constituting of the Board of Directors of the Securities & Commodities Authority,
- The Decision of the Authority's Board of Directors at its meeting No. 3 of 2000 on 14/5/2000 on the approval of the Regulations as to the Functioning of the Authority,
- Cabinet Decision No. 384/10 of 2000 concerning the Regulations as to the Functioning of the Securities & Commodities Authority, and
- On the basis of the proposal of the Minister of Economy & Commerce -Chairman of the Authority's Board of Directors - and the approval of the Cabinet,
