- having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2021 On the Establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security,
- Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 Concerning Fees for Services Provided by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security, and its amendments,
- as presented by the Minister of Finance and approved by the Cabinet
has decided:
Clauses (6/a) and (6/b) of Table 1 attached to Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 shall be amended as follows:
