The Cabinet
- After reviewing the Constitution;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 on the Entry and Residence Permit of Foreigners and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 issuing the Executive Regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 on the Entry and Residence Permit of Foreigners, and its amendments;
- based on the presentation of the Head of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, and the approval of the Cabinet;
has decided:
The following port shall be added to the approved ports listed in Article 3 of Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022, as follows:
b. Maritime Ports
22. Dibba Al Fujairah Port (Fujairah).
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from the day following the date of its publication.
