The Cabinet:
- After reviewing the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Powers of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and the its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 on Public Finance as amended,
- Federal Law No. 11 of 2023 on Procurement in the Federal Government,
- As presented by the Minister of Finance and approved by the Cabinet,
has decided:
The definitions provided in Federal Law No. 11 of 2023 shall apply to this Decision, and otherwise the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:
Law: Federal Law No. 11 of 2023 on Procurement in the Federal Government.
Federal Entity: The federal entity subject to the provisions of the Law.
Head of the Federal Entity: The Minister, the Head of the Federal Entity, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, or the equivalent, as the case may be.
Working Day: The official working day in the State.
Digital Procurement Platform: The electronic procurement platform established by the Ministry.
