The Cabinet:
− Having reviewed the Constitution;
− Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2021 Establishing the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP);
− Federal Decree No. 55 of 2002 Concerning the Economic Agreement Among the GCC States;
− Federal Decree No. 15 of 2022 Ratifying the Unified Customs Law for the GCC Countries, and its Executive Regulation;
− Cabinet Decision No. 17 of 2022 Approving the Unified Commodity Description and Coding Nomenclature of the GCC States According to the 2022 Harmonized System, and its Updates;
− Based on the proposal of the ICP Chairman; and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has resolved as follows:
The Integrated Customs Tariff Nomenclature According to the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of the GCC States (2022) and its Updates, attached hereto, shall be approved.
