The Cabinet:
‒ Having reviewed the Constitution;
‒ Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
‒ Federal Law No. 14 of 2021 concerning the Creation and Regulation of Owners Association:
‒ Based on the proposal of the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure and the approval of the Cabinet.
It is hereby resolved:
The definitions provided in the Federal Law No. 14 of 2021 referred to shall apply to this Decision; otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context otherwise requires.
