Cabinet Decision No. 115 of 2024 Amending Some Provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 118 of 2022 On the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 6 of 2010 On Credit Information, and its Amendments

The Cabinet:

- Having reviewed the Constitution,

- Federal Law No. 6 of 2010 on Credit Information and its amendments,

- Cabinet Decision No. 118 of 2022 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 6 of 2010 on Credit Information and its amendments,

- Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,

has decided:

Article 1

The table of financial remuneration for credit information products and services attached to Cabinet Decision No. 118 of 2022 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 6 of 2010 on Credit Information, as amended, shall be replaced by the table attached to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from January 1, 2025.
