After the perusal of the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Powers of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments,
- Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 on the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market and its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Illegal Organizations and its amendments,
- Federal Law No. 13 of 2000 on the Regulations of the Securities and Commodities Authority and its amendments,
- Cabinet Decision No. 111 of 2022 Concerning the Regulation of Virtual Assets and their Service Providers,
- Dubai Law No. 4 of 2022 on the regulation of virtual assets in the Emirate of Dubai,
- Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the approval of the Cabinet.
It is decided:
The words and phrases used in this Decision shall have the same meanings as those referred to in Cabinet Decision No. 111 of 2022 regarding the Regulation of Virtual Assets and their Service Providers.
