This Law amended Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2020.
The Cabinet, on fees for services provided by the Federal Tax Authority, after reviewing the Constitution,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Establishment of the Federal Tax Authority, and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2020 on Fees for the Services Provided by the Federal Tax Authority and its amendments;
- As presented by the Minister of Finance and approved by the Cabinet.
The texts of clauses (4) and (5) of the schedule of fees for services provided by the Federal Tax Authority attached to Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2020, referred to above, shall be replaced by the following texts:

Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this decision shall be abrogated.
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of 1 December 2023.
