Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 2000 Concerning the Regulations as to Market Licensing and Supervision

The Cabinet,

- Having considered the Constitution,

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the Competences of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers, as amended,

- Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market,

- Cabinet Decision No. 193/18 of 2000 of 13/3/2000 concerning the constituting of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority,

- The Decision of the Authority's Board of Directors at its meeting No. 1 of 2000 on 25/3/2000 on the approval of the Regulations as to Market Licensing and Supervision,

- Cabinet Decision No. 384/10 of 2000 on the Regulations as to Market Licensing and Supervision, and

- On the basis of the proposal of the Minister of Economy and Commerce and the Chairman of the Authority's Board of Directors and the approval of the Cabinet,

Has resolved:
