The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 On Public Finances, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 4 of 2023 On Sports;
- Cabinet Decision No. 46 of 2024 On the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 4 of 2023 On Sports;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and with the approval of the Cabinet
has decided:
In applying the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Sport.
Minister: Minister of Sport.
The fees shall be collected in return for the services provided by the Ministry in implementation of its powers and functions under the legislation in force in the State. The fees are listed in the table attached to this Decision, with the fees indicated next to each item.
