The Cabinet
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 On Trademarks;
- Cabinet Decision No. 20 of 2020 Concerning Fees for Services Provided by the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 57 of 2022 Regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 On Trademarks
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet
has decided:
1. The fees prescribed for the services provided by the Ministry of Economy and Tourism regarding trademarks, as set out in Clauses 24 to 50 of the table attached to Cabinet Decision No. 20 of 2020 referred to above, shall be replaced by the fees specified in the table attached to this Decision.
