This Cabinet Decision amended Cabinet Decision No. 52 of 2017.
The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax (VAT) and its amendments,
- Cabinet Decision No. 52 of 2017 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 regarding Value Added Tax (VAT) and its amendments,
- As presented by the Minister of Finance and approved by the Cabinet.
The texts of Article 1, Article 2, Article 4, Article 5, Article 7, Article 8, Article 14, Article 15, Article 16, Article 23, Article 29, Article 30, Article 31, Article 33, Article 34, Article 35, Article 37, Article 38, Article 41, Article 42, Article 46, Article 50, Article 52, Article 53, Article 55, Article 58, Article 59, Article 60, Article 64, Article 65, Article 68, Article 69, and Article 71 of Cabinet Decree No. 52 of 2017 referred to above, shall be replaced by the following texts:
