- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 Regulating the Legal Profession and Legal Consultation Profession
- Cabinet Decision No. 8 of 2025 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 Regulating the Legal Profession and Legal Consultation Profession,
- Cabinet Decision No. 9 of 2025 approving the Charter of the Legal Profession and Legal Consultancy,
- As presented by the Minister of Justice and approved by the Cabinet,
has decided:
In the application of the provisions of this decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Justice.
Minister: Minister of Justice.
Competent Authority: The local economic development department or the competent authority in the free zone, as the case may be.
Competent Department: Lawyers and Legal Advisors Affa...
