Cabinet Decision No. 1 of 2025 Approving the List of Terrorist Individuals and Organizations

The Cabinet:

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 7 of 2014 on Combating Terrorist Crimes;

- Cabinet Decision No. 74 of 2020 On the System of Terrorist Lists; 

- and line with the Implementation of the Security Council Decisions On Preventing and Suppressing Terrorism and its Financing and Stopping the Proliferation of Armaments and its Financing and related decisions

- Based on the presentation of the Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court, and the approval of the Cabinet

has decided:

Article 1

Adopts the list No. 1 and the list No. 2 of terrorist persons and organizations attached to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from the date of its issuance.
