The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority,
- Having considered Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market,
- Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 193/18 of 2000 concerning the Composition of the Board of Directors of the Authority,
- After consultation with the parties concerned in the establishment of Markets, and
- Upon the Authority's Board of Directors’ decision at its meeting convened on 29/10/2000,
Has decided to adopt the following Regulation for Market Membership:
For the implementation of the provisions of this Regulation, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context indicates otherwise:
Law: Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market.
State: The State of the United Arab Emirates.
Authority: The Securities and Commodities Authority.
Board: The board of directors of the Authority
