We, Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman
- Having reviewed Ajman Law No. 2 of 2022 On the Regulation of Public-Private Partnerships in the Emirate of Ajman;
- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 15 of 2012 On the Department of Finance in Ajman and its amendments;
- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2 of 2018 Concerning the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman;
- based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,
have issued the following law:
The texts of Article 1 and Article 3 of Ajman Law No. 2 of 2022 referred to above shall be replaced by the following texts:
The following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite them wherever they appear in this Law, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates;
Emirate: The Emirate of Ajman;
Ruler: The Ruler of the Emirate;
Representative of the Ruler: Representative of the Ruler for Administrative and Financial Affairs;
Government: Government of the Emirate;
Department: The Department of Finance...
