These Regulations are titled as the “Companies and Corporates Regulations for companies and organizations established and operating within the Ajman Free Zone”.
Pursuant to our Decision No. 9 of 2016 dated 12.06.2016, these Regulations have been adopted and issued.
All provisions and procedures contained in these Regulations shall apply to all establishments incorporated or established and operating within the Free Zone and to which, by the nature of their business, these provisions and procedures are applicable.
For the purposes of the application of this Law, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated before each of them respectively below, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: The Emirate of Ajman.
Free Zone: Ajman Free Zone.
Emiri Decree: The Emiri Decree No. 2 of 2014 on the Ajman Free Zone.
