Ajman Emiri Decree No. 4 of 2025 Regarding the Addition of a Sub-Free zone to the Ajman Free Zone

We, Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman,

- Having reviewed Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2 of 2014 regarding the Ajman Free Zone;

- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2 of 2018 Concerning the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman;

- Ajman Royal Decree No. 8 of 2021 Concerning the Free Zones Authority in the Emirate of Ajman

have issued the following decision:

Article 1 - Addition of a Sub-Free Zone

The plots of land located in the city of Ajman - Northern Sector - Al Bahiyya District and the facilities located thereon, as specified in the map attached to this Decision, shall be added to the Ajman Free Zone as a sub-free zone.

Article 2 - Validity and Publication

This Decision shall come into force on the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
