- Having reviewed Ajman Emiri Decree No. 1 of 2015 Concerning the Department of Economic Development in Ajman and its amendments;
- Ajman Royal Decree No. 5 of 2018 Issuing the Law Regulating the Practice of Economic Activities in the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments;
- His Highness's Decree No. 8 of 2021 Concerning the Ajman Free Zones Authority
have decided the following:
For the purposes of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: The Emirate of Ajman.
Department: Department of Economic Development.
Authority: Ajman Free Zones Authority.
Competent Authority: Any local or federal Authority that has jurisdiction under the legislation in force in the Emirate to license or participate in the licensing procedures for any economic activity.
Establishment: Any company or institution licensed by the Free Zones Authority in the Emirate to operate within any free zone in th...
