Ajman Administrative Decision No. 5 of 2014 On Public and Private Agencies

Having reviewed Ajman Emiri Decree No. 12 of 2012 On the Reorganisation of the Ajman Land Department

- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 7 of 2012 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Department

- Ajman Administrative Decision No. 9 of 2012 On Defining the Competencies and Obligations of the Organisational Units in the Department, and for operational reasons

have decided the following:

Article 1 - All Agencies are Subject to the Sales Process

All public and private agencies are subject to the sales process prescribed by the Department, except in the following cases:

- Self-registration directly from the owner.

- The presence of a relationship between the agent and the principal in the first degree in addition to siblings.

- Heirs' representative.

- General agency with a minimum of three years.

The Director General may exempt the cases he deems appropriate from the provisions of this Article.

Article 2 - Publication and Enforcement

This Decision came into effect as of January 1, 2014 and shall be circulated to whoever is necessary to implement it.
