- After perusal of:
- Ajman Amiri Decree No. 7 of 2017 concerning the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman;
- Federal Law No. 2 of 2020 regulating real estate development in the Emirate of Ajman;
- Ajman Amiri Decree No. 5 of 2021 appointing the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman;
- Ajman Administrative Decision No. 51 of 2020 regulating the Escrow Account for real estate development projects;
- Ajman Amiri Decree No. 9 of 2025 concerning service fees, violations, and fines applicable at the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in the Emirate of Ajman;
- And in furtherance of the requirements and interests of work;
