We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi.
- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning the reorganisation of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 2 of 1971 concerning the National Consultative Council and its amendments;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 4 of 1977 concerning tenders, auctions and warehouses and its amendments;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 18 of 2006 issuing the financial system of the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 21 of 2006 concerning construction contracts and agreements in the field of civil contracting;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 3 of 1977 concerning the issuance of the executive regulations for the Law on Tenders, Auctions and Warehouses and its amendments;
- Based on what the Head of the Finance Department presented to the Executive Council, and the Council's approval thereof
