We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi
- Having reviewed Abu Dhab Law No. 1 of 1974 on the reorganization of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as amended by Abu Dhab Law No. 5 of 1982;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 2 of 1971 concerning the National Advisory Council, as amended by Abu Dhabi Law No. 2 of 1980;
- Abu Dhabi Local Order No. 1976 on the organisation of buildings;
- Based on what was presented by the Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and approved by the aforementioned Council and the National Advisory Council.
have issued the following law:
The following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to each of them unless the context requires otherwise:
Emirate: Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Department: Department of Municipal Affairs.
Head of the Department: Head of the Department of Municipal Affairs.
Municipality: Abu Dhabi City Municipality, Al Ain City Municipality, Western Region ...
