- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 On the Reorganisation of the Government Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 2 of 1971 On the National Advisory Council and its amendments,
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 7 of 2018 Reorganising the Department of Economic Development,
- Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on Commercial Companies, and its amendments,
- Federal Law No. 5 of 2018 on Waqf (Endowment (Waqf)),
- Abu Dhabi Decision of the Executive Council No. 22 of 2018 On Additional Competences for the Department of Economic Development,
- Based on what was presented to the Executive Council and approved by the Council,
have issued the following law:
In the application of the provisions of this Law, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them unless the context indicates otherwise:
Department: Department of Economic Development.
Family: Spouse and relatives by blood or affinity up to the fourth degree.
