- Abu Dhabi Decision of the Board of Directors of the Environment Agency No. 2 of 2021 Regarding the Schedule of Administrative Violations and Fines
has decided:
- The provisions of these Regulations shall apply to administrative penalties imposed by the Agency on establishments, projects and individuals who commit acts that are violations that may harm the environment, as well as to the controls and procedures for imposing and appealing against such penalties.
