- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 On the Reorganisation of the Government Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amended laws;

- Abu Dhabi Law No. 4 of 1983 On the Regulation of Construction Works and its amended laws and the Executive Regulations applicable in the Municipalities of the Emirate;

- Administrative Decision issued by the Chairman of the Department of Abu Dhabi Municipality and Town Planning No. 30/94 On the Executive Regulations of the City of Abu Dhabi to the Abu Dhabi Law No. 4 of 1983 On the Construction Works in the Emirate, and its amendments;

- Abu Dhabi Executive Committee Decision No. 7 C 2013/26 regarding Abu Dhabi International Building Code (ADIBC) (Volume 1);

- Based on the requirements of the public interest
