- Abu Dhabi Law No. 12 of 2018 On the Establishment of the Community Development Department;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 6 of 2019 On the Establishment of the Community Contributions Authority (Ma'an);
- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 Concerning Commercial Companies;
- Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 59 of 2018 Concerning Additional Powers for the Community Development Department;
- Abu Dhabi Decision of the President of the Community Development Department No. 115 of 2025 Regarding the Classification Policy for Social Purpose Companies;
- Upon the presentation of the Deputy Director of the Department;
