Abu Dhabi Customs User Guide - Request for Duties Refund

Introduction

TAMM allows you to manage various services from Abu Dhabi Customs like Request for Request for Duties Refund, through this service, individuals, business representatives, and/or clearing agents can request to refund the duty in following cases:

Foreign goods re-exported: Refund of previously paid duties on foreign goods re-exported outside the country within the time frame stipulated by Customs.

Excess duty levied: Refund of Customs duties levied in excess, due to wrong data entries.

Prerequisite

Active UAE PASS account is needed to sign in and access the Abu Dhabi Customs services on TAMM.
