Based on the provisions of Article (47 bis) of the July Common Customs Law of GCC, approved by Federal Decree No 15 for the year of 2022 and its
executive regulations.
For considerations required by the interest of the business, it is decided that:
First: Pre-clearance of goods before their arrival at the customs office shall be permitted upon the following conditions:
1. The goods shall arrive within 60 days from the date of organizing the customs declaration at the customs center where the declaration is organized.
2. Compliance with the terms and conditions of import and export.
Second: All owners of goods or their representatives shall abide by the provisions of the applicable Unified Customs law in force when declaring their goods through the practice of pre-clearance service.
Third: The provisions of this Policy shall be appliedig as of the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette, and the provisions of any
decision that contradicts its provisions shall be cancelled.
