With reference to the Abu Dhabi Executive Council Chairman's Decision No. 1 of 2007 on Issuing Forms of Contracts and Agreements for Contracting Services, Design and Construction Works, following the Executive Council Decision No. 195 on the Establishment of the Abu Dhabi Centre for Projects and Infrastructure, and based on the Abu Dhabi Government's desire to implement capital projects in accordance with best practices, we urge you to adhere to the following:
