- Federal Law No. 11 of 1992 On the Civil Procedures Law, and its amendments,
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 20 of 2006 regarding the tenancy of premises, and regulating the Landlord-Tenant Relationship in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments,
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 23 of 2006 reorganizing the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments,
- Chairman of the Judicial Department of Abu Dhabi Decision No. 9 of 2010 On Rental Disputes Resolution Committees and Proceedings Applicable Before Them,
- Based on the proposal of the Judicial Council,
has decided:
In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
