During Abu Dhabi Business Week (ADBW), the following initiatives were presented with the aim to:
- facilitate business registration - Abu Dhabi Registry Authority (ADRA);
- support family businesses - the Family Business Council;
- help startups - Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development's MZN Hub platform;
- empower the private sector of the economy - the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry's (ADCCI) new strategic roadmap for 2025-2027.
There will now be a single registration and reporting centre for businesses in the Emirate, including free zones - the Abu Dhabi Registry Authority (ADRA), a division of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED).
The MZN Hub platform will assist startups that play a crucial role in developing the economy through technology.
MZN Hub will bring together three divisions:
- MZN Venture Studios, which will support startups at all stages of business development, from developing an idea to achieving sustainable growth;
- Light Manufacturing, which will provide startups with areas with equipment for prototype development and testing;
