ABU DHABI AIRPORTS FREE ZONE COMPANIES REGISTRATION REGULATIONS

PART 1 - GENERAL

1. TITLE

These Regulations are to be referred to as the Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone Companies Registration Regulations 2011.

2. LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY

These Regulations are issued by the board of directors of Abu Dhabi Airports Company, Public Joint Stock Company in fulfilment of its obligations under Article 4 of Abu Dhabi Emiri Decree No 5 of 2006.

These Regulations are made on and come into force on 1 October 2011 and will apply in the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone until such time as they are revoked by ADAC. For the avoidance of doubt, Federal Law No 8 of 1984 (as amended from time to time) shall not apply in Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone .

3. INTERPRETATION

Schedule 1 contains a list of defined terms used in these Regulations.

4. FORMATION OF COMPANIES

4.1 Any one or more persons may apply for the formation of a Company with limited liability by signing and filing an application for incorporation with the Registrar in Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone .
