Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority Board Decision No. 5 of 2025 Amending Certain Provisions of Decision No. 3 of 2023 Concerning the Conduct of Economic Activities on Farms

The Board of Directors,

- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 On the Reorganisation of the Government Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;

- Abu Dhabi Law No. 7 of 2019 Establishing the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority;

- Abu Dhabi Decision No. 6 of 2019 of the Chairman of the Executive Council forming the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority;

- Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 13 of 2025 Regarding the Appointment of the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority;

- And pursuant to Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority Board Decision No. 3 of 2023 Regarding the Pursuit of Economic Activities on farms;

- Based on the proposal of the Director General of the Authority;

- Based on the requirements of the public interest

has decided:

1. Clause (2) of Article No. 5 of Abu Dhabi Decision No. 3 of 2023 referred to above shall be replaced by the following text:
