- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 Reorganising the Government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 Promulgating the Crimes and Penalties Law, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 35 of 1992 Concerning the Criminal Procedure Law, and its amendments;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 23 of 2006 reorganizing the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments;
- Abu Dhabi Administartive Decision No. 11 of 2018 of the Head of the Department of Judiciary to establish the Abu Dhabi Criminal Court;
has decided:
1. The court shall consist of a president and a sufficient number of judges and executors to carry out the necessary administrative and administrative work.
2. The spatial jurisdiction of the Court shall include the spatial jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance, its subordinate courts and the Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal.
